Multi Dust Collector
Multi cyclone dust collector & Multi cyclone separator works on the same principle of single cyclone dust collector using inertia and Centrifugal Separator forming dual vortex to separate heavier dusts from dust laden gas. The efficiency of an industrial cyclone seperators in collecting finer dusts is highly depends on the amount of centrifugal forces created and longer residence time to allow more dusts to settle down. These two factors increase better cyclone separators and separation of particles. The centrifugal force separators can be increased by reducing the cyclone diameter and the residence time can be increased by increasing the cone height Multi Dust Collector, dust collectors, dust extraction. To match with airflow requirements and optimal cyclonic & cyclone separator of pressure drop, a large number of thinner and longer multiple cyclones separators are arranged in parallel and combining all inlets into one common inlet and all outlets into one common outlet. The pressure drop of Multicyclone is comparably higher than a single cyclones of the same CFM but this higher pressure drop yields higher efficiency.
The high efficient Multicyclone dust collector system design highly depends on the number of factors including specification nature of dusts ( Sticky, combustible, explosive, abrasive ), manufacturers, suppliers of dust loading and particle size distribution design, high temperature of dust laden air, moisture content, source pressure, etc.
A parallel bank of high efficiency small diameter cyclone tubes is arranged to achieve dust/particulate collection efficiencies up to 95% on 5-micron size. If required for high temperature & high moisture conditions multi Cyclone are specially constructed & offered.
Accessories like Rotary air-lock valves, screw conveyors or ID fans are made available in the standard range.
